METPEX surveys are taking place in eight European cities

The METPEX project (metpex.eu) aims to develop a standard way of evaluating passenger experience to improve quality of service for European transport providers, passenger groups and municipalities, validated through use across eight cities; Bucharest, Coventry, Dublin, Grevena, Rome, Stockholm, Valencia, Vilnius, of varying transport complexity.

The surveys are taking place from 15th September to 22nd October 2014.
